This is my journal. I’d like to study in Japan and focus on international communication and the process of globalisation. I’ve prepared myself since two years ago. On this August 10^th 2011.…I will come to Japan with my beloved, my shinta. Japan…. here we are….I cant believe it

In the context of Japan Culture: Did social class influence meaning ? On personal interpretation on booker student in Japan. How police and socialist get the point? Thanks my love.

In air traffic, so many cultures will meet in the airport. No verbal communicaton, but doing non verbal communication. The next research, comrade….

August 12^th August

I just arrived in Japan with my beloved. Today I,ve seen progress in a developed country. I just see the social order and management of the city. I can see my life here studying international communication at Nagoya university.

August 13^th 2011

This is my second day in Yokohama Japan.  My eternal beloved has contacted a friend at Nagoya and maked me keeping in touch with a GSID Student. I will go to Nagoya Universit to meet a professor there. My alternative is Tsukuba University, I have sent email to a professor and I wish that he will reply my email soon. Thanks my Allah and my wife….

Yesterday. I have walked around with my beloved in Yokohama City. We,ve gone to landmark of Yokohama in Minatomirai Sakuragicho. We,ve gone by train, breaking our fasting by sushi, going to sea and seeing Nippon Maru Ship. How wonderful jouney and crowded city.

Ohayoo gozaimasu, atsui desu ne ! We like morning in Yokohama. We look and run around our Apato. My wife ride bycycle and I am jogging. I see wonderful morning and beautiful house in small performance…

In this date, I have visited many landmark in Tokyo. My wife has called me to Shibuya to see Hachiko Statue and enjoyed sunset at Tokyo Tower. I am tired but that’s great. Thanks my wife

I am listening president SBY’s speech. SBY has idealism in encouraging progress in Indonesia. Eventhough, it is really funny and quite dissapointing due to so far from facts. He is leader who full of hope but he is in crisis management.

18^th september 2011

Halo. It seems like very long time not write in this journal. So I need to flashback untill today systematically. 18th August I celebrate Indonesian Independence day at Nagoya with Indonesia Student Association. I have registered as a participant in entrance examination at Nagoya University by supporting Mr. Irfan. Then, I will go to Gifu for meeting bro Aan until 21th August. Finally, I came back to Yokohama again to stay with my wife and will prepare for Idul Fitry 30th and 31th August 2011 where at the day we go to Indonesian Embassy at Tokyo for Indonesian gathering.

1^st -12^th September  I prepare myself for entrance exam for Nagoya University. On 12^th sept in the night, I am going to Nagoya, 13^th I am checking my seat for test,  14^th I am in writing test: Foreign Language test in the morning about Promoting Quality of Life by Supplying Nutritions to Modern and Traditional People, and about Soft Skill For Development In The Developing Country Especially In Sub-Saharan Africa. 15^th I am making interview with 3 profossers where I am proving that I deserve to be student at Nagoya University to do research on The Role Of Local Media In Developing Local Society In West Sumatra By Etnographic Perspective. I will see the effect of existence of local media to participation of local society to promote their cultural identity and interest because of the recent research by Rajesh Das from Universit of Burnward Bengali India who find that there is positive correlation between the entity of local media especially community radio in helping local society. But, I,ve observed a problem in Indonesia   where media just become channel of entertainment rather than empowerment  channel. This problem was caused by two level ; media and society. At media level, I see media were influenced by economic and political interest. And at local society level, I find that local society still perceive media as just for entertainment channel and local society has problem technical know-how due to lack of accesibility to media.

Actually, today 18^th september after going home with may lovely wife and my lovely child candidate,  I,m hoping to Allah for better life. I wish that I can pass  test and become Student of Nagoya Daigaku. Maybe, I love Japan and I hope in this year I can improve my capacity in studying  International development, international communication and development communication at  Nagoya university Japan.  Vini Vidi Vici….Korekara ganbarimasu no de yoroshiku onegai shimasu.

This is note in advance. Actually, there are many issues I have to tell it before and I will do it in other time. I am impressed with Sutan Syahir who understand life and true revolution. He argued based on philosophy and ocean of knnowledge. He was very humanist in whole of his life.

When he discussed on In The Shadoven Van Morgen By Huizinga he critizied Huizinge who ignore humanity and true moral philosophy. For Syahrir, huizinga has narrow-mind and his point of view can not be used as a way to hold humanity.

The greatnees of Syahrir because he didn’t take by granted Huizinga,s assumstion 1. Cultural is balancing spiritual and material, 2. In cultural fighting aims to save human being 3. Human being must see Humanes and nature completely.

In my mind, syahrir recommended Huizinga read Kant’s moral philosophy included the cayegorical impertive issues in order understand moral, Humanity and God at once

Sometimes I,d like to be Sjahrir who read many books.  Alhamdulilllah, during 2 week I have read several book on economics, politics, sosial and law and of course communication studies. One of them I like very much “Renungan dan Perjuangan Sutan Sjahrir”.  It’s inspiring

In the night  I,vegot information that I got my scholarship to study at Nagoya University. Thanks Allah and Muhammad Wa Alihi, Thanks my wife and our child. I promised I will do my best for better human life.

In the end of 2011, I will try to write again about my journal, my everyday life.  All praise be to Allah, I have been in Japan again after dealing with my scholarship in Indonesia on October and November 2011. I am with my great wife in Japan, for this time learning Hiragana and Katakana.  I must ready for the next steps toward better life and future. We are waiting for our lovely baby in Japan. O Allah make it easy and full of love when everything is going to happen.
